In June 18, 1998, the predecessor of the company in Guangzhou City, the formal establishment of  furniture factory.

In 2000 July, the company was the Guangdong Province Furniture Association for the third session of the standing director unit;

2001 August, won the second "dragon" Excellent Furniture Fair Gold Medal Best bedroom series;

In 2002 October, the company general manager Mr. Li Shun hired as a "member of the Guangzhou furniture occupation technical school of design and manufacture of professional committee;

2003 March, won the fifth "dragon" furniture boutique exhibition bronze award;

In 2003 April, the company through the Moody International Certification Ltd ISO9001 (2000) international quality management system certification and obtained the registration;

In 2003 May, the company won promotion center Chinese green product certification issued by the "non-toxic (green) certificate of furniture products";

In 2003 October, the international furniture quality supervision and inspection center of random sampling inspection to confirm the "Yong ho Xuan" wooden bedroom furniture reached A and the product requirements, and allowed to A-level product marks used in products;

In 2004 January, the company general manager Mr. Li Shun was elected to the Guangzhou General Chamber of Commerce, the eleventh session of the Executive Committee of district;

2004 March, won the thirteenth Chinese International Furniture Fair in Guangzhou awarded the "bedroom series Award for outstanding design and exhibition design excellence award";

In 2004 June,  furniture factory was officially renamed Guangzhou Xing Tian furniture Co., Ltd, marking the company's development to a new level;

In 2005 November, the company was awarded the "Guangzhou intellectual property demonstration enterprise" title;

In 2006 August, the private enterprises in Guangzhou city investment chamber of Commerce awarded the "private enterprises to invest in the first member of the council unit of chamber of commerce";

In 2007 January, Guangdong Province Furniture Association awarded the "2006 annual company of Guangdong Province Furniture Association outstanding member";

In 2008 February, general manager of the company Mr. Li Shun was elected vice president of Guangdong Province Furniture Association fourth session of the board;

In 2013 September, Chinese International Furniture Fair in Guangzhou awarded "excellent cooperation enterprises ltd.";

2014 March, won the twenty-fifth session of Guangzhou International Furniture Fair Chinese Award for best manufacturing process;
